Our approach
Genissis is a health-intelligence desk with one bias: the evidence. The supplement aisle runs on big promises and vague labels, so we slow down and look at what decides whether a product works, the ingredient, its form, its dose, and whether the research actually supports the claim, then translate all of it into plain language.
Dose, form, proof
We respect that some supplements genuinely help, and we respect the data just as much. When research supports a dose, we say so. When a label is under-dosed, when a proprietary blend hides the amounts, or when the science is thin, we say that too, plainly, rather than dressing marketing up as proof.
Editorial independence
Content is produced by the Genissis Editorial Team. We are reader- and ad-supported and may earn a commission from some links, at no extra cost to you. Commissions never change our analysis or our verdict.
A note on scope
We write about general wellness, nutrition and supplements. We are not doctors and our content is not medical advice. For anything specific to your health, please talk to a qualified professional.
